POLICY ON RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*A deposit or credit card is required to guarantee your arrival and secure your reservation.

*A deposit equivalent to 50% of full charge is required and must be received no later than 10 days after the booking has been made.

*A deposit or credit card payment guarantee ensures your reservation will be held for the first night only. Your arrival or a telephone call stating when your arrival will be, guarantees the remainder of your booking.

*When a booking is confirmed by credit card Peppers over The Lake Bed and Breakfast will charge the 50% of booked accommodation, immediately from the credit card, and then issue a receipt and a confirmation phone call.

*When a deposit is received within 10 days of the booking, a receipt will be posted and confirmation phone call made.

*A phone call will be made a couple of days prior to arrival to confirm time of arrival.

Check in time: 2 pm
Check out by 10 am

Early check in by arrangement only

CANCELLATION POLICY

*Cancellation notified more than 14 days prior to the first date booked (the day of arrival) will be entitled to a full refund of deposit.

*Deposit not refundable if you cancel under 14 days, unless the accommodation can be rebooked.
