This cosy bed and breakfast gives comfort and convenience to your stay in the Snowy Mountains.
Located in a quiet residential area of town, overlooking Jindabyne Lake, and less than 5 minutes walk to bars, shops, restaurants, visitors centre and lake.
Your hosts have lived in the area for more than 30 years and have been involved in the ski and hospitality industry, so have intimate knowledge that can assist you in your holiday needs.

The bedrooms: Each room has its own new modern bathroom which has thermostat controlled hot water and floor heating. Heated towel racks are supplied in each room as well as clock radios, in house telephone, TV/DVD, safes and electric blankets. All linen is supplied.

• Bedroom 1 caters for 3, with a queen and single bed.
• Bedroom 2 has 2 singles with its own ensuite.
• Bedroom 3 has a queen and easy access with larger doorways for wheelchairs. The bathroom has been built to Australian standard AS1428.1-2001. This bedroom has outside access.

The whole facility has larger hall and doorways and no steps.

Lounge and kitchen area: has floor heating, TV, DVD, CD player, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery, leather lounges for your ultimate comfort after winter or summer activities. Central heating.

Meals: we supply a delicious continental breakfast with juices, seasonal fruits, a selection of breads and pasties, included in the tariff.

BBQ area and Courtyard: under cover gives total privacy and protection from the weather.

Parking: adequate off street parking is totally secure and easy access for loading and off-loading luggage.

Transport: we can arrange a pickup service from the bus terminals, from the airport and transport to the skitube.
